1.1. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CNIC to register as a car owner on MyCarWala.pk.
1.2. The car must be in your legal possession, with valid registration documents in your name or with written permission from the legal owner.
1.3. The car must be in good working condition, with no major mechanical or cosmetic issues, as determined by MyCarWala.pk’s inspection (if required).
1.4. You must provide a driver for the car, who must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
1.5. MyCarWala.pk reserves the right to reject or remove any car or driver from the platform at its discretion.
2.1. You must submit the following documents to MyCarWala.pk upon registration: CNIC copy (yours and the driver’s), car registration document, driver’s license, and insurance (if applicable).
2.2. For each booking, you are required to collect the following details from the customer: full name, phone number, CNIC copy, and any additional identification (e.g., passport or utility bill) as deemed necessary.
2.3. You must keep a copy of the customer’s documents for your records and send a digital copy (scanned or photographed) to MyCarWala.pk via WhatsApp (+92 343 4994409) or email (support@MyCarWala.pk.pk) within 24 hours of the booking confirmation.
2.4. Failure to provide customer documents to MyCarWala.pk may result in the cancellation of the booking and a warning or removal from the platform.
2.5. You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the customer’s documents. MyCarWala.pk will not be held liable for any fraudulent documents provided by the customer.
3.1. All bookings must be made through the MyCarWala.pk platform. Direct deals with customers outside the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
3.2. You must ensure the car and driver are available as per the availability schedule you provide. Any changes must be communicated to MyCarWala.pk at least 48 hours in advance.
3.3. The car must be clean, fueled, and in proper working condition at the start of each rental. Any complaints from the customer regarding the car’s condition may lead to penalties or removal.
3.4. You must provide the customer with a clear rental agreement (verbal or written) outlining the rental duration, cost, and any additional charges (e.g., fuel, overtime).
4.1. MyCarWala.pk charges a fixed fee of Rs. 1,000 per rental, which will be deducted from the total rental amount. The remaining amount will be paid to you within 1-2 days after the rental is complete.
4.2. You are responsible for setting the rental price, but MyCarWala.pk reserves the right to suggest adjustments to ensure competitiveness.
4.3. Any additional charges (e.g., fuel, tolls, or overtime) must be agreed upon with the customer in advance and are your responsibility to collect.
4.4. In case of customer non-payment, you must notify MyCarWala.pk immediately. MyCarWala.pk will assist in communication but is not responsible for recovering unpaid amounts.
5.1. The driver must behave professionally at all times, including punctuality, courteous communication, and adherence to traffic laws.
5.2. Any complaints about the driver’s behavior (e.g., rudeness, reckless driving, or unprofessional conduct) will be investigated by MyCarWala.pk, and repeated complaints may lead to the driver’s removal from the platform.
5.3. The driver must not use the car for personal purposes during the rental period.
5.4. You are responsible for ensuring the driver is fit to drive (e.g., not under the influence of alcohol or drugs). MyCarWala.pk will not be liable for any incidents caused by the driver’s negligence.
6.1. You are solely responsible for any damages, accidents, or legal issues that occur during the rental period, including but not limited to car damage, injuries, or traffic violations.
6.2. MyCarWala.pk acts solely as a platform to connect car owners and customers and is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses incurred by either party.
6.3. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any theft, vandalism, or loss of the car during the rental period. You are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage.
6.4. MyCarWala.pk is not liable for any fraudulent activity by the customer, including but not limited to providing fake documents, non-payment, or misuse of the car.
6.5. You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from the driver’s actions, such as traffic violations or accidents.
6.6. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the car by the customer. You must handle such matters directly with the customer.
7.1. If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time, you may receive a warning or be removed from the platform, depending on the frequency of cancellations.
7.2. If the customer cancels, MyCarWala.pk will notify you immediately, and no fees will be charged to you.
7.3. Repeated failure to honor bookings (e.g., car or driver unavailability) may result in penalties, including temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
8.1. You are responsible for maintaining the car in good condition, including regular servicing, repairs, and ensuring it meets safety standards.
8.2. MyCarWala.pk strongly recommends having comprehensive insurance for the car to cover damages, theft, or accidents. MyCarWala.pk will not provide insurance or cover any related costs.
8.3. Any maintenance or repair costs during the rental period are your responsibility, unless caused by the customer (in which case, you must handle the claim directly with the customer).
9.1. MyCarWala.pk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes via email or WhatsApp.
9.2. Violation of any terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, at MyCarWala.pk’s discretion.
9.3. You agree to indemnify and hold MyCarWala.pk harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform, the car, or the driver’s actions.
9.4. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any disputes between you and the customer, including but not limited to payment disputes, car condition complaints, or driver behavior issues.
