1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid CNIC to book a car with a driver on MyCarWala.pk.
1.2. All bookings must be made through the MyCarWala.pk platform. Direct deals with car owners outside the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.
1.3. You must provide accurate details during booking, including full name, phone number, CNIC, number of days, and expected budget.
1.4. MyCarWala.pk reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking at its discretion, including if the provided information is incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent.
2.1. You must provide a valid CNIC copy and phone number for verification at the time of booking.
2.2. Upon meeting the car owner, you must provide the original CNIC and any additional identification (e.g., passport, utility bill) as requested by the car owner for their records.
2.3. The car owner will keep a copy of your documents and send a digital copy to MyCarWala.pk for record-keeping. By booking, you consent to this process.
2.4. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of your documents. Any fraudulent documents provided by you will be your sole responsibility, and MyCarWala.pk will not be liable for any resulting issues.
3.1. Payment for the rental must be made upfront in cash, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, as agreed with the car owner.
3.2. The rental cost includes the car and driver for the agreed duration. Any additional charges (e.g., fuel, tolls, overtime, driver compensation) must be paid directly to the car owner.
3.3. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in cancellation of the booking and a ban from the platform.
3.4. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any payment disputes between you and the car owner, including non-payment or overcharging.
4.1. For out-of-city trips, the driver will drive a maximum of 12 hours per day. Any additional hours will require mutual agreement between you and the car owner, with potential overtime charges.
4.2. For out-of-city trips requiring an overnight stay, you must provide food and accommodation for the driver. This includes three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a clean, safe place to stay (e.g., a hotel room or guest house).
4.3. If you are unable or unwilling to provide food and accommodation, you must pay the driver a compensation of Rs. 1,500 per day to cover these expenses. This amount is based on market trends in Pakistan as of April 2025 and may be adjusted by MyCarWala.pk in the future.
4.4. The driver compensation (food, accommodation, or Rs. 1,500) is your responsibility and must be settled directly with the car owner or driver. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for ensuring this compensation is provided.
4.5. Any disputes regarding driver compensation must be resolved between you and the car owner. MyCarWala.pk will not mediate or be held liable for such disputes.
5.1. The car must be used only for the purpose agreed upon during booking (e.g., personal travel, business trip). Using the car for illegal activities, racing, or transporting prohibited items is strictly prohibited.
5.2. You must treat the car with care. Any damage to the car during the rental period (e.g., scratches, dents, interior damage) will be your responsibility, and repair costs will be assessed by the car owner.
5.3. You must return the car in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear (e.g., minor dirt from regular use).
5.4. You are responsible for any fuel costs during the rental period, unless otherwise agreed with the car owner.
5.5. You must treat the driver respectfully. Any complaints about your behavior (e.g., harassment, verbal abuse, or unreasonable demands) will be investigated by MyCarWala.pk, and repeated complaints may lead to a ban from the platform.
5.6. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the car. You must handle such matters directly with the car owner.
6.1. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the rental cost, which will be determined by the car owner.
6.2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental time will be eligible for a full refund, processed within 3-5 days.
6.3. If the car owner cancels the booking, MyCarWala.pk will notify you immediately and attempt to find a replacement. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund.
6.4. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences caused by cancellations, whether by you or the car owner.
7.1. MyCarWala.pk acts solely as a platform to connect customers and car owners and is not a party to the rental agreement. MyCarWala.pk is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.
7.2. You are responsible for any damages, accidents, or legal issues that occur during the rental period, including but not limited to car damage, injuries, or traffic violations caused by your actions.
7.3. MyCarWala.pk is not liable for any issues with the car’s condition (e.g., mechanical failures, cleanliness) or the driver’s behavior (e.g., unprofessional conduct, reckless driving). Such issues must be resolved directly with the car owner.
7.4. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any fraudulent activity by the car owner or driver, including but not limited to overcharging, misrepresentation of the car’s condition, or failure to provide the agreed service.
7.5. MyCarWala.pk is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from your actions or the driver’s actions during the rental period.
7.6. MyCarWala.pk is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or inconveniences caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather, road conditions, or car breakdowns).
7.7. You agree to indemnify and hold MyCarWala.pk harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or the rental service.
8.1. MyCarWala.pk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes via email or WhatsApp.
8.2. Violation of any terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban from the platform, at MyCarWala.pk’s discretion.
8.3. All rentals are subject to availability and car owner bidding. MyCarWala.pk does not guarantee the availability of a car or driver for your requested dates.
